Monthly and Annual Reporting

Records must be kept in order to meet the monthly and annual reporting requirements of the DHFS. These reports are submitted to DHFS/DHCAA (see "Becoming Officially Authorized To Accept EBT" for contact information).

The following information must be reported monthly:

• Daily number of scrip sales and dollar value.
• Daily dollar value of scrip redeemed by vendors.
• Dollar value of outstanding unredeemed scrip.
• Daily number and dollar amount of refunds to customers.

A brief written evaluation of the season's sales must be submitted to DHFS/DHCAA within 45 days of the close of the season for your market. The FNS tracks the redemption activity of authorized vendors, and therefore does not require any separate reporting.
